THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a private home operated as a guesthouse. It is not a hotel or resort.
Staff are present for check-in and check-out only, unless otherwise arranged.

Electricity
A compulsory electricity contribution of R400 per night applies and is payable directly to the Owner. This covers reasonable household use. There is no backup power or generator (municipal supply only).
Gas heaters are available on request. Usage is charged separately.

Quiet Residential Environment
The property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties, events or party-focused groups.

​

Owner on Site
The owner resides in a separate, fully private building on the property. Guest areas are clearly defined and independent.

​

Self-Catering
This is a self-catering property. No meals are included. Catering may be arranged via preferred local suppliers. Minimum spend applies. Details available on request.

Events, Filming & Photography
Not included in Airbnb accommodation. Prior written approval and separate rates apply. Unapproved use may result in cancellation.

Check-in from 4:00 PM
Check-out 9:00 AM sharp
Late departures are not possible.

What to Bring
We provide bedding, bath towels on arrival, starter toilet paper and a washing machine.
Guests should bring toiletries, pool towels, cleaning supplies, detergents, cooking ingredients and firewood/charcoal.

Please only book if you are comfortable with the above.

Access

Guests enter via a remote-controlled street gate.

Two resident huskies live on the property and may access shared outdoor areas.

Low vehicles should proceed carefully due to the driveway gradient.

Ample open parking and a double carport are available.

The owner lives in a separate building. Guests may not access the owner’s apartment or private areas.

 

Interaction with Guests

The owner lives on site in a separate building and respects guest privacy.
Shared outdoor areas are accessed periodically for property maintenance and pet care.
Emergency maintenance may require brief access.

There are common open & shared spaces [gardens, terraces, courts] and completely private spaces for your use. Lovely relaxing terrace furniture overlooking the pool & gardens and you can read and relax.
