Maison de Ky hosts events — it does not operate as a public venue.
Please enquire only if this setting aligns with your expectations.
EVENT FORMAT & DURATION
Events are generally hosted as one-day or one-evening experiences.
Limited setup and pack-down windows may be considered by arrangement, provided they do not require extended on-site management or disruption.
Multi-day builds, invasive installations, or ongoing construction are considered only by exception and under strict conditions.
INFRASTRUCTURE & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The property is suited to residential-level power and infrastructure.
Events requiring additional technical infrastructure, power solutions, or specialised equipment may be accommodated by prior arrangement, provided organisers supply compatible equipment such as generators or distribution systems where required.
All technical requirements must be declared in advance.
MUSIC & SOUND
Background music, live acoustic performances, and contained sound are acceptable where aligned with the event style and residential setting.
High-volume sound systems, club-style setups, subwoofers, or disruptive noise are not permitted.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is not included with event bookings.
Select overnight accommodation may be arranged separately for event organisers or guests, subject to availability and prior approval.
VIEWINGS
Venue viewings are available by appointment.
A viewing fee applies and is deducted from the final booking when an event is confirmed.
DOGS & PROPERTY SETTING
Resident dogs live on the property and are part of the environment.
During events, dogs are appropriately contained and managed by the owner.
Events requiring the removal of dogs from the property or extended confinement are not suitable.
