Online Retreat
For persons that cannot make it the retreat in person, this acommodates their schedule.
Especially suitable for those passing through the city briefly or in a different city or country.

In person, video sessions and all other communication is direct with Sandia.
The sessions dates and times will be finalised with the Group as we try to cater to all and be flexible as much as possible to everyones availability, across time zone across the world.
The online exercises are to be done by the participants on their own, as they would in the in person Retreats.
The post exercise discussions, group online meditations and lecture-specific guided meditations are formatted for online.
