COMPULSORY ADDITIONAL FEES:  
* Long stays more than 1 night: electricity meter for guests own account. OR Host can put in Electricity units for you. Eft prior to check-in.

OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES:
* Continental breakfast items can be supplied. R200pp. 
* Tennis night time floodlights: R100 per hour. Basic tennis rackets available. (Balls for hire: refundable R100 for 3. Or bring own)  
* Domestic maid. Guest to make direct arrangements when on site.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSITS: Payable to host after you book. Must clear before check-in. R2k for the entire place sleeps 12 ; R1.5k for the 8 sleeper  ;  R1k for the 4 sleeper (2 Queen rooms) ; R500 for each of the Queen rooms.

PAYMENT METHODS: For extra fees. To be paid after airbnb payment. No credit card machine on site. Preferred: bank transfer to clear before check in. Alternatively, cash.

TVs: 2 HD TVs on site. TVs have Netflix. For Sports channels, guest to arrange Satellite DSTV directly with DSTV.

WHAT TO BRING: All beds have bath towels. Guests to bring their pool towels, toiletries & hair dryer. NB bring plenty mosquito repellants. Doom spray for the patio.

PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST. Pls request with Host first.
* Pet Fee 500 per pet per stay for 12 sleeper or 8 sleeper. 
* R300 per pet per stay for just the Queen rooms. 
* Excl long stays 3 or more nights please arrange first with host. NB Breed: Must msg Host 1st. No dangerous attacking dog breeds as we have 2 huskies site. Courtyard can be locked to separate guests various breeds, eg smaller dogs. 

CORPORATE EVENTS: Please speak to host for our event brochure. 
Sorry no highs school, matric or college parties allowed.

No fires / braais on the lawn - pls use edge of pool for braai stand.  NB: Please DO NOT move the dining table at all as its a combo pool table and the legs will snap off. Please help us save water & electricity by swtiching off lights when not in use and putting unused towels, pillows in the cupboard.

Owner stays on far end of property, Suite is away from Guests. Guests have their privacy. 
* NB Please note we have 2 domesticated friendly loving huskies on site. 
* Guests can come and go as they please 247, enter in from the 1st main access street driveway gate - onto the property. Once guests are safely inside, there is controlled access with the 2nd inside driveway gate. This is for pets safety (so they dont run away).
