Yes definitely! The retreat can be held anywhere in any place in the world. Just email us your brief what you are looking for and we will send a custom arrangement to your city. We can even come to your home/office.

Yes you may. We want to accomodate you if there are special circumstances. However it is better that you cut yoursef off from your daily life and live at the retreat, so that you get the full benefit and your normal triggers, etc are removed over these few days. We often finish late at night too and that is a special time.

We have 4 Accomodation options 1) Open Retreat [x3 queen suites, private, each with en suites, no sharing], 2) Private Exclusive Retreat [entire retreat is closed, only for you] 3)  Open Retreat [x2 private queen rooms + 1 shared bathroom]

We have a Corporate Brochure and Corporate Wellness please do contact us. This is also held locally or anywhere in the world.

Yes it is allowed outisde the buildings.

There are several programs and several topics. We cannot fit them all over 4-5 days.

Please contact us for the list of classes and lectures that we do cover. You are also welcome to suggest an area you would like us to explore with you. On the one on ones, we also send you an intake form and we customise the retreat based on your needs.

Solo travelers are most definitely welcome! You can have your own room.

Yes, we will arrange the airport transfer if needed at an additional cost. Please message us with your details.

Generally we tend to get adults in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70's. However we are open to any adult age 18+. Age 16 and 17 are open, with the signed consent of their parents/guardians.

This venue accomodates 5 persons single (or 10 sharing only under special circumstances. We prefer that each person has their own room for downtime and exercises.)

Larger groups are welcome! We will use another venue should there be a larger group.

The Retreat caters for 3 meals a day, tea and coffee. Please bring your own snacks and drinks. Depending on the attendees we are fexible on meat, if everyone agrees.

It depends.

• Only on a customised private exclusive retreat.

• OR on a group retreat where evereyone has kids on board. We will group those with kids together. However the adults attending the retreat will need to come to a working arrangement on the logistics.

We want to cater to parents needs wiht their kids and we understand that there is sometimes flexibility needed in parents schedule. You ar welcome to bring your nanny or you can make private paid arrangements wiht the staff. There are loving 2 huskies on site which the kids will adore!​

Not allowed: Children will not be allowed on group retreats with other individuals present that do not have accompanied children. So as not to disturb other retreat guests on the open program.

Generally no, not on a group retreat. Unless the entire group wants to. It is maybe allowed on a private customised exclusive retreat depending on the breed, as we have 2 huskies on site so it all depends on how they will get along. The huskies have had many play dates with most breeds and have been well adjusted.
