Are Pets Allowed?
Generally no pets allowed as we have 2 male adult friendly loving huskies on site. Some may be allowed please contact us.
Do you allow functions?
We allow some functions, for the more mature crowd.
Strictly NO matric or college parties allowed.

Can I get a discount for longer stays?
DISCOUNTS: Long stay discounts are available. Ideal for staycations and corporate events. Please contact me to arrange the discount for you. (Water and Electricity additional for long stays)

Is smoking allowed?
Yes it is allowed but strictly outisde the buildings. No weed allowed. No burning of incense or oils etc inside the buildings.
What do you supply
Bed linen, 2 towels per bed, winter blankets per bed, 2 loo rolls only.
What refundable deposit are payable upfront
REFUNDABLE FUNCTION DEPOSITS: Only if the entire guesthouse is booked exclusively:
-R3000 refundable deposit for functions.
-There is a R400 fully refundable key deposit.
Can you arrange an airport transfer? How far is it from the airport?
Yes, when we are able we sometimes will arrange the airport transfer if needed at an additional cost. Please message us with your details.

What is the TV situation?
NB There are 2 smart HD TVs on the property, all with Netflix. For Sports channels you can contact & pay DSTV directly.
What toiletries & other things should I bring?
This is a strictly self catering venue accomoding 12 persons. There is cutlery & crockery, bedding & towels for 12 pax. Please bring your mosquito protection, and all your toiletries & hairdryer. Firewood is not for guests please buy your own. Please bring our washing up liquids, bin liners, loo rolls, etc.
What is free?
WI-FI is free and uncapped and available in all the rooms. Children under 2 are free. Safe secure inside open parking is free. Luggage storage between your trips is free. Basic Tennis equipment and facility is free 247 [nighttime floodlights at extra costs R600 per 6 hours]
What is extra paid for?
Gas fireplace R600 per night
Tennis court flood lights R600 6 hours
Refundable ball hire R100 for 3,
Domestic daily cleaning R300 pd
Daily gardener R300 pd
Tours, cooking lessons. ​
Is the Landlord on site?
Owner occasionally stays on far end of property, Suite is away from Guests. Guests have their privacy.
* NB Please note we have 2 domesticated friendly loving huskies on site.
* Guests can come and go as they please 247, enter in from the 1st main access street driveway gate - onto the property. Once guests are safely inside, there is controlled access with the 2nd inside driveway gate. This is for pets safety (so they dont run away).
